Payments/Refunds

  • All orders are required to be placed at least 24 hours in advance!

  • Indulgent Treats offers many types of payment options including a manual one through Chase QuickPay with Zelle.

  • All payments must be complete before pickup or delivery of item.

  • Cancelations must be done within two hours of purchase.

  • Refunds will be given if items are not ready within the specified time period.

  • A cancelation or refund on my end will be done if the purchaser fails to read the required time period for specific items.

Delivery

  • Correct address and phone number must be given to ensure items get delivered appropriately.

  • If you select a time and need to change it you should contact me within a reasonable amount of time.

  • Delivery can be contactless and items should not be kept outside for an extended time period as they will subject to unknown weather conditions.

  • If they do melt from the purchasers fault, there will not be a refund or replacement.
