Payments/Refunds
All orders are required to be placed at least 24 hours in advance!
Indulgent Treats offers many types of payment options including a manual one through Chase QuickPay with Zelle.
All payments must be complete before pickup or delivery of item.
Cancelations must be done within two hours of purchase.
Refunds will be given if items are not ready within the specified time period.
A cancelation or refund on my end will be done if the purchaser fails to read the required time period for specific items.
Delivery
Correct address and phone number must be given to ensure items get delivered appropriately.
If you select a time and need to change it you should contact me within a reasonable amount of time.
Delivery can be contactless and items should not be kept outside for an extended time period as they will subject to unknown weather conditions.
If they do melt from the purchasers fault, there will not be a refund or replacement.
