Payments/Refunds

  • All orders are required to be placed at least 24 hours in advance!

  • Indulgent Treats offers many types of payment options including all major credit cards, zelle, cash app, and venmo.

  • All payments must be complete before pickup or delivery of item.

  • Cancelations must be done within two hours of purchase.

  • Refunds will be given if items are not ready within the specified time period.

  • All directions should be read to order properly for the required time period per item. 

Delivery

  • Correct address and phone number must be given to ensure items get delivered appropriately.

  • If you select a time and need to change it prompt notification is required.

  • Delivery can be contactless and items should not be kept outside for an extended time period as they will subject to unknown weather conditions.

  • If they do melt from the purchasers fault, there will not be a refund or replacement.

Home Kitchen

  • Indulgent Treats is located currently within a home kitchen.

  • All items are made around common food allergens such as eggs, nuts, soy, peanuts, milk or wheat.

  • Since this food is made within a home kitchen, it is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

  • Refrigeration is not required on items but is recommended to ensure that fruit stays fresh and chocolate does not melt.
